Overview

Bubblebox is a joint project between Antika New Media Limited and Warwick University with current funding from the The Arts Council England.

The Bubblebox is an extraordinary concept that draws on three main disciplines, Art, Science and Technology. The aim of the Bubblebox is to offer the public the opportunity to interact with a completely unique form of expression and communication. The Bubblebox is in essence a device that use bubbles in a tank of water to display an image transmitted from a kiosk screen on which the public create their own image or message.

Antika and Warwick University, School of Engineering have been working closely together to develop the Bubblebox which is currently an M.Eng project. It is a prototype for a larger system to be completed within the next two years. This web site offers updates on the development of the prototype and supporting information.
